Did anyone catch last weeks overhaulin episode? It was the one on the 64 SS Impala. So anyways that car was my roommates old car, and he put many hours of work into that thing before he decided to sell it. He sold it to some guy in town here for 3 grand, and then the guy who bought it turned around and sold it to some chick in socal for 1,000 bucks. Two weeks after she bought the car it was on overhaulin. My roommate who is also a member on the site(smooth_addictions) almost pissed himself when he saw the car on the show. To say the least, he was upset. The car turned out great nonetheless. What did you guys think of the car?

 

I saw that episode. That was an awesome looking car when they got done with it. Impalas are probably my favorite GM car.

 

yea it was a pretty bad *** car when they finished it. the crappy thing is that they pulled the munci 4 speed that use to be in the car and swapped to a tubo 350.

 

F%*K why do you have to bring this up again. that pissed me off so bad. but im glad to see that my baby went to a good home. although the chick want desirving of the car. i wonder if i can get some of the parts back. like that 4 spd.

 

good luck tryin to get those parts back. chip foose is probably using that 4 speed in a sand rail or somethin.

but this was a 64 s/s. grrr... time to buy another one! i like the 96 styling!
