Default New Track Times After Cam Swap!

First run- 14.599@101.05
Second Run- 14.512@100.58

Next mods will be a built 4L80-E and a built a built GM 8.6 or 9.5. Whichever I can get my hands on first. Because now I'm running stock G80 with 3.23 and stock 4L60-E with torque management removed.

Why are you jumping straight to a 80E? Unless your planning on putting more than 500 to the wheels it's not gonna be worth it really. The drivetrain loss is higher as well as the first gear in the 80E will make it a bit of a turd out the hole unless you gear and stall to help it out.

Bone stock the truck ran a 15.529@89.55. But yeah it's stock tranny with stock stall. I'm going to a 4L80-E because I plan on end of next year installing a texas-speed GM 383 All Aluminum stroker with big cam and heads. But the tranny will have a vigalante torque converter etc. The works. Because if I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna go ahead and do it right the first time so I don't have to mess with it again. If anyone has any other suggestions feel free to show and tell. I'm always open to new ideas.

Do you not have any before/after times of just the cam swap (i.e., no other mods)?

Before any mods
15.529@89.55 was my best
Cam only/ with open exhaust
15.049@97.53
After headers, exhaust, CAI, Custom Tune
14.599@101.05

Yeah I did do my mods in a messed up order but I didn't plan on internal motor work until I found out how easy it was and once I got the money to do it.
