I run a commercial electrical contractor. We deal with 100's of thousands of dollars worth of shipments every year. Small components to large. It is always the same when we call to say we are missing something or it is broken. "We shipped it. You must not know you have it." "Did you report the damage to the driver?" "blah blah f'ing blah"

So I get their customer service email address to file my claim and I always put this pic in my emails...

 

Keeping this one, I too run a distribution comapny for multiple warehouses across the US and Asia...keeping this one!

 

That's just plain stupid, you have now created 3x's the amount of work for yourself. Lol, probably one of my wife's uncles!

I wouldn't be opposed to helping either of you out. Damaged and lost shipments are a part of the game, how it's handled when it happens makes all the difference.

The main thing I hate since I work for a gm dealer is when we order a body side or roof skin from up north and it comes in folded in half.
