Lost or broken shipment?

I run a commercial electrical contractor. We deal with 100's of thousands of dollars worth of shipments every year. Small components to large. It is always the same when we call to say we are missing something or it is broken. "We shipped it. You must not know you have it." "Did you report the damage to the driver?" "blah blah f'ing blah"
So I get their customer service email address to file my claim and I always put this pic in my emails...

Did I hear shipments? I'm a freight broker. 
I wouldn't be opposed to helping either of you out. Damaged and lost shipments are a part of the game, how it's handled when it happens makes all the difference.
