Scouts are awesome, my family are big first gen bronco fans. We've got 5, none of them run well but theyre put away for a time when I can actually put some owrk into them. Ive got a pretty nice condition 77 ranger that I will fix up with coilovers front/rear, updated interior and an LSx under the hood one day. Sadly I wont have the time or money for quite some time to do it.

It took some digging, but I found a few pics of my first ever project. I worked odd and end jobs with an Uncle of mine during my 11 and 12 year summers giving my so my Mom and I bought this car when I was 12 years old right before school started for $1000 cash.

My ******** Step-Dad and I rebuilt the car from the ground up, took a 350 out of an old Nova my Grandma had and rebuilt it also for the power plant.

We finished it in August of 1984 and the ******* sold it for $1800 cash and a brand new Browing 30.06 some time that September.

I moved out in October and lived with different friends through High School and have only been back to visit my Mom, I talk to my Step Dad, but to this day I have never forgiven him.

Wish I could find more pics of the build process.

Well I still have ever vehicle Ive owned/driven. My 1st truck was a 89 GMC with a v6 my dad bought new and I drove it during high school until I bought my 2000. Here is the only decent pic I have of it. Since getting my 2000 my dad drives it daily with his 03 GMC sits and rots

Just for ha-has here is what my 2000 looked like just after I bought it...what was I thinking?
