Default How did you guys do on your Superbowl squares?

I picked up $1450 so not a bad year for me, 4 squares at $50 each.

One of the guys that shares the office building with my company picked up $13,000 out of three quarters winnings, four squares at $200 each.

And the big winner is one of my friends who works on the Chicago Board of Trade said one of his fellow traders won $950,000 on a single $10,000 square.

Either this was a winner take all pot or somehow somebody got screwed. Sounds like $950,000 probably isn't a huge chunk of change to the guy if he put down $10,000 for one square.

Its a winner take all pot. And the guys who play are all already multi-millionaires. Its a pool that has been going on for over 20 years.

I spent $60 on squares and strip cards. Spent $40 on a tray of BLT snack wraps I made and won a hundred at the end of the game. Petty much broke even and that's cool with me. Chuck won a a few bucks and also a big screen!
