Help finding specs on this turbo

Help finding specs on this turbo
I have this Holset turbo that was given to me but idk the specs on it.
I did some googling but came up with nothing. It says Holset with LM/25 next to it, tag says
Kit # 3803389RX
Assy # 3528639
Serial # 854859
3527930 is another random number in the casting. I was told it came off a small box truck with a Cummins. Plans are to use it for a rear mount. Can someone help me out on finding what this thing is?
