i settle all my neighborly desputes with death metal at 1am, havent had a problem since!

 

I live by a couple simple rules as far as neighbors go.

Don't get too close to them.

Don't let them borrow your **** unless the favors are even back and forth.

Don't start stupid petty wars.

Don't screw your neighbor's wife unless she's smokin hot and you CAN't get caught!! JK

Damn houses are cheap, the ones Im looing at with 4 bedrooms/2 or 3 bath(~2600sq. ft) in a decent neighborhood are 200K+ here in Austin

 

4 bed 2-3 bath 2600 sq feet out here would be minimum 800k+
