oklahoma real estate is pretty cheap..3 bed room bath, utility room, garage, new carpet, nice master bedroom, decent size kitchen, nice livin room/ dining room..dozerdan has been there..only thing that really needs to be redone is the outside needs to be paiting its partially stone and wood siding

 

i think im going to fix up a few little things, get it painted, and maybe do some landscaping and put up a wooden fence all around and try to sell it for around 70k..make a little off of it

60k is cheap but you guys that live in Southern Cali are just paying for the nice weather. If you don't like it then move somewhere cheaper. There was a 3br 2 bath house last night on Flip That House in Pasadena, 1940's that needed lots of updating. He paid $860k for it. WTF! I could buy that same house on the beach in FL for that price. Or the same house here for 85-90K. damn.

good god if i could get a halfway decent house for 100k id probably **** myself...and then buy it. average price around here is 400k.
that sucks about the neighbors. that definitely will cause tension with your woman. they love their family no matter if theyre strung out lazy *** cokeheads, and theyl throw a shitfit if anything goes wrong. i dont do **** for people like that. they take advantage as long as you let them, then when you put your foot down they bitch that you dont do anything for them. i dont think anything good can come out of this, sorry dude. stock up on the booze.

I find the 7am comment to be funny myself but whatever.
