did you already go to the pre-trial? sometimes you can get it dismissed before hand, you could also say your truck was acting up and you were revving it to keep it running...

Mike I would just pay it because you would have to go down there to Ocean City court and they would set another date for a actual hearing and you would have to go back down there and they could post pone the hearing again on you. TOTAL wast of gas and time to go down there for one point and 70 buck. Just pay it, I do completely understand why you are pissed about the ticket in the first place...

yea i also recently found out that in IN if you go to get your license renewed and you have more than 4pts on your license you have to take the written 50ques driving test again, needless to say i wasnt happy and quite pissed. luckily i passed, you would be surprised how little you pay attention to signs shaps after awhile

my court date is July 13, i got the ticket at a car show by a state trooper that was only station there for the show so hopefully he doesn't show up to court.
