take a chance, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. If you got the cash, go argue the ticket. But they will say you have ACTUAL PHYSICAL CONTROL meaning you are behind wheel with keys and motor running.

$70 isnt much just pay it...

$250 for 80 in a 55.... glad he waited that long to clock me, i prolly would have gone to jail.

$255 for reckless driving..... pure stupididty! hammered on it leaving a gas station, lets just say there was some serious black marks for atleast a 1/8 mile easy. almost got the truck towed on that one.

just to say the least, i dont speed anymore. and i just cruise around. keep the racing to the track unless we go to our secret spot..

you could say your truck was stalling because someone stole the cats off of your truck and it caused your truck not to run correctly, and you got your exhaust fixed the next day?

If a cop tries to give me a ticket for Faulty exhaust i'm using that excuse. I'm just gonna say that they kept getting stolen where I work so I stopped replacing them.
Had a cop ask me once if i was running 110 octane and I told him it was just 91. Luckily he didn't check for cats.
had an exhaust leak at the time making it smell nasty rich.

Yes they do expire after time, each state is different. I know here in Delaware it is only 3 years and if you auto insurance company checks your back round on driving it can go up, I know that on personal experience.

Mike I would just pay it because you would have to go down there to Ocean City court and they would set another date for a actual hearing and you would have to go back down there and they could post pone the hearing again on you. TOTAL wast of gas and time to go down there for one point and 70 buck. Just pay it, I do completely understand why you are pissed about the ticket in the first place...

Tell the court you drive a manual and you were either learning how to drive or 1st and 2nd gear don't work so you have to start in 3rd from a stop which means you have to rev your car in order to get it going.
