With prochargers though, isn't boost RPM dependant and not load dependant like a turbo?

Yep. There have been several that have adapted a wastegate with a boost controller in the charge pipe to control boost. you could pulley down to reach boost sooner, and bleed off boost on the top end.

Yea I remember that thread that talked about one of the magazines showing it being done.



Why dont we just all agree now that turbos are better!
