There is absolutely an *** for every seat. The SRT4 was a niche market as well. 18-22 year old males with go fast dreams on a pizza boy budget. Dodge didn't make any money on that car. Hell, if anything they lost money in warranty claims LOL. My point is some manufacturers, government, media or whoever is trying to push the idea that the EV is the future vehicle for the masses. I just don't see it happening (any time soon). Check out any facebook post that GM has made about an EV vehicle. the comments are 99% of chevy drivers rejecting the EV platform.

I wouldn't expect an EV driver to go to a chevy site even if its on facebook. I'm sure they are too busy comparing vegan-stuffed, tofu-flavored dandelion recipes, and trying to decide between crocks and birkenstocks. They are probably too busy trying to figure out how to save: pigs, cows, and goats, so they can be **** on and walked on by them, while staying still, and trying to justify calling it exercise. The other 1% might have something legitimate to say though. They may also just be disgruntled Leaf owners.

I can see EVs being something every household has.

My round trip commute is between 75 and 80 miles. Last I saw, the national average daily commute was around 70 to 80 miles. An electric car would be the perfect M-F car for me and I'd buy one in a heart beat.
