Default EPA cracking down

Interesting article if you haven't read it...

I was unaware of the big deal with Casper electronics, but it could eventually affect many others.

I am directly involved with commercial construction and I can promise you this, "green" is coming like a freight train. Atmosphere pollution will become a front stage if a democrat gets voted in the presidency. This will only get worse...if there is such a thing.

Sparadic thoughts, but I am just saying the enforcement of EPA items are gonna increase. They are going to try and phase out the freaking incadescent light bulb by 2012. That's in 4 years!!! LMAO

It is definitely not getting any better. The problem I have with it is it directly involves offroad products. This is up to the user to use responsibly. Before long we will all be tuning our trucks in locked garages real early in the morning lol. I believe the addition of DPF's on diesels is going to make this really tense, because everyone getting worse fuel mileage wants them off...

Agreed. If they say its for offroad use, its on you if you use it otherwise.

Do the tuning packages fall under the same category?

Now this is what's funny.
Out of all the O2 sims sold since 01.
how many were sold in areas where you had to hook the tail pipe up
to a machine to pass inspection.
so far i have not read any one on here or on tech failing to pass this emissions test
With O2 sims installed.
looks to me that their best guess on how much extra pollution went in to the air
Is way off.
if it pass the test then emissions was normal.
