Most of those have CARB approval, I know HPP3 does.

so far i have not read any one on here or on tech failing to pass this emissions test
With O2 sims installed.
looks to me that their best guess on how much extra pollution went in to the air
Is way off.
if it pass the test then emissions was normal.
It's all about the $$
I just found out that if you pay the fine $$ in CA you don't have to worry about the emissions (?)

I'd like to see an actual court document, I imagine Capser isn't or won't rollover and play dead. Being a corporation, they'll just file bankruptcy, and start another company Casper Electronics 2. Pay themselves for the rights to the old name and drop the "2" on future documents. If they have money to defend against it all, sounds like they have a good defense as pappydan has eluded to.

Sparadic thoughts, but I am just saying the enforcement of EPA items are gonna increase. They are going to try and phase out the freaking incandescent light bulb by 2012. That's in 4 years!!! LMAO
I'm in the same boat and couldn't agree with you more.
The only thing is I don't like any of the Rep. Candidates this time.
