Earnhardt Jr. to leave DEI
#2
This Has Been In The Makings For A Long Time..... He Wanted To Have Control Of Dei.... Which I Believe He Deserves...... But He Didnt Get It.... He Should Either Go Rcr.... Or Make His Own Team....

I kind of feel bad about him leaving DEI which his dad set up for him, but to see that #3 on the track again and having Jr as a legitimate contender again might re-ignite my interest in NASCAR again.

Hopefully he can team up with JGR and run as a teammate with Stewart!

Personally I think he will end up at JGR either in the 18 or a new team. RCR would be my next bet, but I don't think it would be in a #3. I think they want to keep that number retired out of respect for Sr. I really don't see him driving for Jr.MS, cus it just WAY to hard for single car teams/ driver owner teams to compete, and Jr.MS isn't even close to be being large enough to or experienced enough to do multiple cup teams.

i heard that one of the rumors going around is that he is considering/looking at hendrick motorsports.
remember w couple of weeks ago when kurt busch's team fixed their car and then they couldnt find busch, so jr. finished the race for them since his car was totalled...
jr. has said before that he WILL NOT drive anything but a chevrolet so that only leaves a few contenders: joe gibbs, hendrick, richard childress
budweiser has already OFFICIALLY said that they will follow jr. wherever he goes ( i know already said)
