Life's too short to avoid food that you want. It's like having to constantly check your bank balance at every purchase. Nah. Exercise more heavily and keep the same diet. Sacrifice. I eat greasy, fast food **** all week long, and I'm nowhere close to being fat. Want a burger? Run a mile. Risk-reward program.

i have a theory that seems to work for me. when i want to cut a little weight i just eat less and move more. i have no desire to be at 8% body fat and be on the front of a magazine so i basically dieted and worked out until i hit a healthy weight and then started eating what i want while still hitting the gym. i step on the scale once per week to make sure i'm maintaning my weight. i usually end up trying to choose the "better" foods but if i slip and eat fast food i dont lose sleep over it. hell, i ate a 1lb steak and had a bottle of red wine last night. no sweat! when i first started cutting i was too strict on myself and had it in my head that i wanted that cut look back that i had in college...the diet made me miserable. i'd rather be happy and a little heavier than ripped and miserable..

I think theres plenty of different ways to stay relatively slim.. Just keep yourself busy. If you have downtime, you're more likely to just sit and snack. I'm always on the move, hardly ever have time to sit down to eat. Not on the move at the gym, but just busy with things in general. I eat everything I can get my hands on, but just not often enough to put on any weight. My father isn't a small dude, either...genetics aren't on my side.

30 beers in a weekend don't exactly help Better not plan to hold up a diet this weekend though! St Pattys day is gonna ruin it lol
