its 3:12 am just dropped of my cuz to the airport and on my way back i got hungry lol knowing im on a diet i pull my lil self to WHAT-A-BURGER and let me tell u tht was good!!!!!!!! now im screwed lol how do u guys stay a way from the fast foods? Anybody make a new years diet and started late? i did lol

Cut yourself back to a very low fat diet, eat no greasy ****. Then if you get a fast food craving and cave in....... You will be shitting through a screen door... haha

Honestly, I don't try to stay away from the fast food joints. Last year I lost 20 lbs, eating sensibly most of the time, but I always allow myself a cheat day.

But again, I guess depends on how much your trying to lose and all. I was only needing to lose 15-25 lbs. Just had to really cut my portions back and not go overboard with crap food. Usually ate very healthy all day, and then let myself eat whatever I wanted every other day for dinner.

Cheat day i like that term lol ive been doing ok then last night was my cheat day ive already dropped 8lbs and just felt guilty about it lol thing is last year i gain 50LBs! yes 50lbs due to my line of work i build up and run frozen yogurt shops and yogurt was the only thing i ate like all the time lol so had to start this diet

after losing over 100 lbs i can tell you that your going to screw up, and give in to cravings, the trick is to try and make those times you cheat farther and farther apart.

once the weight starts coming off, thats when the motivation will kick in.

those pics trip me out every time. do you know what your body fat is at right now? miller lite is keeping me from losing the last 10-15 lbs that i want to cut. had me 14 or 15 beers last night..the problem is ill have 18-30 friday and saturday. i feel like im doing p90x just so i dont gain weight! gain 8-10 lbs over the weekend, then spend the week working my *** off to lose it so i can party over the weekend again. it's a vicious cycle.

op, dont worry about 1 late night feast. just cut back a little for the rest of the day and do some extra cardio.
