Default bought a new house!

my first home and im happy with it. its brand new, not even complete yet. we are closing on the 14th this month

2250 square feet without the garage. 7348 square foot property. 2 car overized garage, 4 bedroom with stainless appliances, jacuzi bath tub for a grand total of $125,900.

ill get a few pictures loaded

thanks guys. heres some pics. remember the house is still under construction so thats why it looks a little rough. they still have to do alot of touch up, cleaning, carpet, sinks, appliances, paint, filling, blah blah blah its amazing how fast they can get this stuff done though. im happy with it being my first home. sorry for the crappy pics. the living room pic is only about 3/4 of the room and the bathroom is ALOT bigger than it seems in the pics.

wow... that is insane... F'n southern California, im looking now and cant touch anything with 2200 sq ft for less than 500k, especially new!!

Congratulations! That sounds like one hell of a deal! You would pay more for a half of a double where I live.

Texas must be a good place to purchase a house. I would be looking at close to 400k for that house here in PA. Is it time for me to sell my house and move to Texas? I could definately free up some cash.
