congrats stew, its a great feeling when you buy your new home.... and that is damn cheap.... i have heard that houses in the north side of town or cheaper than southeast side where i live,,, a house just like that in my area WILL cost 170K-190k,,,, my old house was 1700sq and sold for 120k, and it was a old house....

on a side note for all yall californians, the guy i bought my beater (civic) is a new home sales guy and he said that he has ALOT of clients that move from california to houston and when they come they are surprised at how cheap a house is here compared to cali, he says they come here and buy a 200k home cash and still have alot extra left from what they sold their house back in cali...

lol... and that is funny that you got the same house as carlos did...lol..
