Wow looks like several 100 posts on their Facebook page already. I added one more and unliked the page. I won't be shopping there any more. They needed to remember that no one ever truely liked them. Many people just chose to go there to get the little things they needed. Now they have given thousands of DYI guys a reason to go elsewhere. Good luck. They will lose millions to competitors in short order.

Meh, it's corporate policy for a reason. Next thing is some kid waltz's in to a store with customers in it with his gun trying to be a hero and gets someone killed. Then because you are in the US the company ends up in court with a lawsuit from the dead clients family and gets hung out to dry. That is why it exists...... You start making exceptions to the rules and then that is exactly what you end up with. I don't disagree with what he did.... but I also see why Autozone did what they did.

Being there are no Autozone's here.... they don't get my business anyhow, lol.

ok i'm not on my phone now and took the time to read. i would have done the same, but i probably would have popped the gun man....autozone is just trying to covor their ***.
