That's a great gun. I was ready to get a Glock 21 but everybody seems to favor the XD45.

i prefer the XD-45 over the glock 100 to 1.





ive seen the XD-M, supposedly they will be available in other calibers later on.

im still waiting on a XD-10

only 9mm and .45acp AFAIK

when i emailed them they told me they had no plans to introduce any new calibers in the near future

The one shown the most of the pictures is a .40 SW

i was referring to when i said OTHER calibers. .40S&W is all that is available right now, but 9mm and .45acp should be available later on, a guy on a local forum i frequent is getting updates from a springfield rep.

What about sizes, any word if they are going to make this style in a Sub-compact?

havent heard any mention of it. many are speculating that this is intended to be a "gamers" pistol. targeting IDPA and USPSA shooters for classes that you cant modify the pistol in certain ways.
