2004 5.3 turbo build
#1
I am going to be installing a racemmi twin turbo kit on to a 2004 chev 1500 . Dose anyone have any experience with the race mmi turbo kit , other parts needed for the build ? I did order 850 cc injectors boost controller and gauge .

I had to google that one, never heard of that kit before.
You'll still need a few things though. Larger fuel pump, 2 or 3 BAR MAP sensor, different spark plugs.
Depending on the tuning route you go, ideally going to a speed density operating system with something like HP Tuners would be a good idea. Delete the MAF sensor and wire in a separate IAT sensor into the intake pipe or manifold. Then get it all tuned for the changes.

Stock fuel lines will support plenty of power, unless you really plan to tax those turbo's.
If you plan to do the tuning yourself and learn yourself, the pro version of HP Tuners is a good idea. It's going to be a long learning process if you've never used it before.
