Default Rear suspension done

after seeing the stock uppper a arm bent glad i changed it up

Just waiting for new driveshaft but looking forward to testing this out. Since moving the rear end back to center it in the well the coilover was moved back more inturn lifting the truck due to it not being at a 45 degree angle as much. Dropped down a 325 spring and will have to drive on it to see what it settles at. If still to hi im dropping to a 300 lb spring because i like the back of the truck slammed. Bumpstops removed and drilled and tapped the frame for a small bumpstop. Man i want to drive it now.

Rear set up is
Spohn adjustable upper a arms
Spohn adjustable lower a arms
Adjustable panhard bar
QA1 Double adjustable coilovers with 325 lb springs.

That's a pretty elaborate setup...any pics with it at the desired ride height?

load leveler sensor i have in there if i ever decide to put the airbags back in. they are turned down all the way so they never go on.

LIke r1 concepts said you can paint the entire rotor its no issue at all. Ive been doing it for years. Lots of people say oh no you **** up your pads it wont stop and thats bs. I believed that until i tried it for myself on some old pads and rotors and truck wore them away and it wsa fine. a lot of guys on my tbss site do it also and NO ONE has ever had any problems. I did 5 members rotors the same way from the site and no probs at all.

What spring rate did you go with in the front? From what I understand, the lighter the better in order to get better weight transfer.

Everything looks great. Too bad your truck is 2WD. I have a barely used Denny's Nitrous Ready Drivershaft for an AWD TBSS.

That is a sweet looking setup. I am guessing you arent going to be towing with this rig anymore but if you wanted to could you turn you air suspension back on and use the air bags for that. You would probably need a shorter load leveling arm though. Where did you get your rotors from and what pads are you running? Thanks Vic

i ditched the stock arm system on my wifes and using the wireless air by airlift on her tbss which im putting on mine now. no wires in the cab and its a independent set up. also i can now fill right rear bag with air to get it to hook harder.
