Default Help-Grinding Noise

I have 1900 miles on my 07 TBSS and Ive noticed a grinding/rubbing noise along with a slight squeel when I make sharp turns(forward or reverse) and almost sharp turns. It only seems to happen or I only seem to notice it at low parking type speeds. I dont get much time with the truck since my old lady drives it mostly so i dont have a better desciption. i just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas. This is the first time Ive come in the SS forum so Im not up on everyhting yet. I work for a Chevy dealership but can get it in untill next week but I wanted to see if i can save my guys some time. Thanks!

Is the grinding noise coming from the front or the back of the truck? If its coming from the front it might be that front stop thats on the lower control arm is rubbing against the spindle when you make sharp turns. The 1500's would make a grinding sound when you turn really hard at a slow speed such as a u-turn. At the dealership I worked at we would put wheel bearing grease or anti-seize compound (anti-seize worked better in my opinion) and it would stop the grinding noise.

We are on the third rear in my wife's SS (factory and two replaced under warranty). She takes it back to them the minute she hears the grinding coming back (and I thought I was peculiar about things ).
