Thats correct thats why Im not buying that kit. The spindle kits increase CV angles and make it very hard on them especially with big tires. Get a full drop kit, where it drop the whole front suspension 6" and those require some cutting and work to get on but are the best riding and most long lasting kits out there and easier to get aligned and stay aligned.

I second that^^^^^ Don't get a lift that dosen't drop the front diff. Your cv angles will be really bad and they send spacers that will end up making them even worse.

I'm getting the superlift system this summer and I plan on doing it myself also. As far as I can tell, it's the best riding of the easiest to put on lifts.

heres the reason Im asking. I intend on installing the lift of my choice either in my driveway, or afterhours at a friends shop. regardless, I am trying to figure out which lift is the most effective and has the least technical install. I know that the superlift sys. is supposed to be direst bolt on, but I also understand what "direct bolt on" means. I've read the install instructions of a few different lifts, and three sentences after they say that "no cutting, grinding, blah blah...", they list a cut off wheel in the tools list

how is the procomp, when it comes to having to cut and grind things?
A unimog is a foreign built mercedes 4x4 utility truck with portal axles. In a portal axle, the axle uses extra gears at the hubs to allow the axle to sit higher in relation to the wheels.

Check out that description.

get a full drop so your cv angles are better and you can crank to get a little more lift. I have the procomp full drop and love it.
