Default tire size from front to back

So right now I have
265/65/18 front
275/50/17 rear drag radial
2" spindles in front
Not sure of rear drop but running all 4 tires same size truck is level.

Just curious if this reverse rake helps with traction. The new drag radials hook great but I don't want to keep them mounted all the time.
So I'm looking at saleing my 18s and re finishing 4 more 17" steel wheels. Buying set of new tires.

Just curious if anybody runs wide rear tire and a taller skinner tire in the front. Or do the heights need to be the same just run different widths.

Rake will have little/no effect directly on traction. There is a reason why gassers are a design of the past.

ABS will be effected if you over all heights are too far off but other wise you will be fine.
