for the pinion, its a different carrage height on the bearing and the rollers are on a different pitch and are a shorter length

are they NTN or Timken?

The NTN replacement for the Timken looks completely different but the important dimensions are the same.
The rollers were shorter and the cup was shorter.

they were timken as well as the new one that i ordered, my buddy just ordered another one. if this isnt the right one i honestly have no idea what im gonna do since they dont sell just a pinion bearing. probably will have to get a master install kit all over again

thankfully autismzone fixed there mess up, i found a pn on carquest sent it to them and it was the right one once and for all, thanks though man its much appreciated! and it looks like its install time today, hopefully can get this turd back on the streets where she belongs!

locker came early and fought with the thing all day and into the night, but can say the truck luckily is back on the road with no noise and .006BL, had to notch the tooth in the gearset to get the center pin out but shes thankfully all good now. gotta say this break in is killing me already though lol
