I have a 2004 two wheel drive 2500 (not the HD). I bought the HD leveling keys for my dad's 2004 HD 4x4 but he decided he was not going to lift it. I took the keys to a shop to have them put on my truck and with out even looking at it they told me that it would wear my ball joints out. Does this shop not know what they are talking about? I work out of my truck and drive between 5,000 and 7,000 miles a month so I don't want to have to make constant repairs to the front end, but I don't like the way the single cab long bed looks stock. Any info would be appriciated.

Thanks for the input. I think I'm going to go ahead and raise it. If something breaks I will just have to drive the T/A (as bad as I hate to lol). Work will have to buy me a company truck or raise the wages because if something breaks that is not an easy fix, it will just be more reason for me to mod it right. The Trans Am is what has the mods so far. Mods to the truck are coming soon.
