HELP! I dont know if this is fixable or if im screwed.
Hey there, I'm new to this site and need your guys opinions. I've only had this truck for about 5 months. I know I need a new pair of upper arms for sure. But recently my truck started leaking power steering fluid so today I tried to find the leak. Once I found the leak I noticed a huge crack where my lower control arm bolts in. I'm wondering if its possible to weld back and have the same dimensions and the other side does? Or am I crazy? How do I upload pictures on here???

I have a gauge for that

Best way to upload pictures is set up an account on photobucket.com to host them and use the forum image link to post them here.
You notice a crack on the control arms? They are usually pretty cheap to replace...not sure how welding will affect geometry.

if its the steel tabs for the control arms. yes it may be a simple fix with a good welding machine and a good welder. if its the stock control arms ( cast iron) throw them away.
