Man, Im sure its somewhere in one of those threads on here or tech...but I'm going to ask anyway, was the block damaged at all? I figure getting a 5.3 block and punching over to an LS1 bore would cost more than $400. If the block is good/salvageable, take the $200 and buy a good used LS1 crank. I'm sure the stock rods and pistons could be had for cheap too. Just saying...

im not gonna settle for $200....it may take me a long time to get my money, but next time he even thinks about trying to screw someone....he will remember this. i completely understand what u mean, but im not gna give up on him. he deserves to be taught a lesson. ur right time is money, but i will be teaching this kid a valuable lesson in life, and revealing a POS scammer for everyone. his name is no good anymore on tech, and here as well.
Anyhow, post up how everything goes...I'll be wearing my 06tx4.8 t-shirt for support...

Well good luck man. I hope you get every penny back. In my experience though, pillheads never learn. This guy risked his health and pissed his reputation away over a relatively small amount of dollars. He's either on bars or greens. Known a few people who act just like this guy. The only reason he offered $200 is b/c thats probably all that's left. Have to say he's pretty ballsy though, considering you have all his info and seen where he sleeps.

The only thing that would have made that document even better would have been to have it notorized then he couldnt say anything about forged signature yada, but it should still hold up in court non the less.

A lot of bashing going on in the thread, probably just didnt feel like baby sitting it anymore. Id get tired of listening to the BS. Youre probably better off just posting up a thread after everything is done, no use in dragging it out as it seems youre in no hurry to bring this to an end anyway.
