I just read your last post and I'll tell you here that it's in your court now. Please contact the classified section mod on Tech and file a complaint. If it were me I would invite my motorcycle club to watch my back with a visit. Seems to me he planned this from the getgo. I would be enraged but I am getting the impression that jail time isn't worth seeing things right Perhaps you can get one of your cop friends to go with you and make sure you stay on the level?

 

Damn that sucks man, I would get a bunch of your friends to go with you back to his house and MAKE him take the motor back.

At the least you can go to small claims.
