Does the Model of the truck matter for the Headlamp Wiring Harness? I am installing the e fans in my '03 GMC 1500, I have found several harness's out of 2500 and 3500's, would they still work?

Had my tune done for e-fans at D&G Dyno Tune in Hennessey, OK. Great customer service, very affordable, and knows the questions to ask to get your tune done right. Simply cannot go wrong with Dwayne.
Whats the difference between GM 15912597 ($436.47) & GM 15187415 ($190.85) wiring harness? Other than the price obviously, is there something significantly different like an extra plug, fuzzy tape wrap, relay attached, etc...?

You need the headlamp harness out of a 1500 series Truck or SUV from 2005-2007 classic that was equipped with Fans.

Question.. just did the swap on my 03 silverado followed the instructions per a instruction sheet from Retrofit electric fan kist lsxjustchevytrucks.com anyway they state to use green to pin 42 on C1 and the blue wire into pin 33 on C2. It stated if a wire was already in pin 33 on C2 to remove and place to side. However after doing that I have no a/c I believe that was a clutch trigger wire. thoughts? was tolds to tap into other wire. would like to avoid that

I used a basic 30amp relay on mine, and it's been fine for many years now.
