Default What's the best way to mount a sub(s) in a cc?

Ok, I looked around at the different threads and found some useful ones, but I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I have the system out of my old truck, but I'll probably end up getting new components. So I was just wanting to see some pics and/or opinions of you fine folks of what you have and what you like.

I don't want to spend a fortune, and I would like to stick with either one 10 or one 12. I listen to mainly country and rock, with a little rap here and there. I have had alpine and Rockford and I like both brands.

I will probably make my own box so any pics of that would be a huge help. How did you mount your amp as well? I would like to be able to still fold the seats down as well. Thanks for all your help!!

wow that looks good. Any more pics? A little more than I would probably do. I will probably put them under the seat instead of behind.

I like behind the seat but I think it comes down to personal preference.

I do like the behind the seat deal, that way I can still flip the seats down and use the space that way. hmmm. so much to think about.

Those of you with a stock head unit, did you tap into the speakers in the rear door on in the front?

I did a tonneau cover and bed cut with two fifteens in mine. Depends on how much bump you want in your ride. Started out with one ten sounded good but the bed cut satisfied the itch.

2 15"s will be a little much for the country and rock that I listen to. I have 1 10" behind the seat now from my old truck. I think 2 10"s might be in the future though.
