Touch screen, dvd, navigation, and rear camera factory head unit.
#1
I have a 11 crew cab with the stock head unit. I was wondering if it was possiable to put one of the DVD, navigation, rear camera head units in my truck with not a lot of trouble. I don't have the reverse camera, so how hard would that be to put in. Does the navigation part need a different antenna or does it work off of the onstar.
Sorry if this has already been posted, I did a search and could not find what I was looking for.
Thanks for the time and help.

i recommend if you do DONT buy a ROSEN..there units are hit or miss..at my job for every 5 we install we have to replace at least 4 of those. So we just stopped dealing with them all together. I would suggest ADVENT. they have most of those features built in so its pretty much plug and play, and they usually just plug into your factory harness and retain all the onstar, steering wheel controls, also features like bluetooth, and xm already. the nav antenna is usually built in( i believe) so u dont have to add one.

we actually dealt with them up until about 2months ago..I think the final straw was when we had a unit right out of the box not work period..
