Default Silverado CD player kit?
the 99 silverado has a single disc CD player remote mounted in the center full-length console. Are there any kits that would let me use this with an after market head unit?

so you're wanting to have two CD players?

Some use the bottom console for a DVD player or an EQ unit

Eh, I just like the way it blends in, and didn't want to hack into the console much. I'll probably just end up getting a pocket for it instead.

buy a denali slave 6 disk cd player and use that!!! 1slowhoe actually had one for sale. I think he may have sold it though.

I'd put a DVD Nav screen there for looks and for GPS purposes. I love to install stereo units and such. But a pocket would do just fine, and just be the cheap way around it.
