Question Service air bag light is on, whats the deal??

So yesterday I put a diff alternator on the truck, after driving it for a few min, I get the service air bag light on the display.. What exactly do I need to do to get it off??? I don't know that this is the reason for it, but it is the only thing I have done.. Any help would be nice..

quit your squealing little pig.

it may be from moisture in the frame/body mounted sensors.

loose connection in the steering wheel...not likely in your case

seat sensor...not too likely

bad voltage regulator on the alternator.....ding ding ding
