It's a little overkill actually, but i got a good deal on the setup. I don't usually listen to them loud enough to bottom them out, so they work fine for me.

what do people usually put capacitors on for?
dimming headlights? dancing volt meter on their dash?
So they series in a electronic capacitor to "store energy" and "release it when the system calls for it".
My question to you... If your having electrical problems due to too much load (amps), wiring in a capacitor will do NOTHING buy hide the very few warning signs you get. (dancing voltmeter/dimming headlights).
Without these warning signs, people just simply assume their electrical system is performing as it should. However the syptoms are actually being only band aided (and horribly).
Am i saying capacitors cant be helpful to a system? no. But i 100% guarentee 99% of the people on these (any) forums did NOT set up their system correctly to utilize a capacitor.
Rather than bandaiding the problem, fix it. upgrade your big 3 (and watch gas mileage increase as well).... upgrade your alt (i know this isnt always the best for the performance minded but then agian if they are weighing their cabs down with 100's of lbs of audio gear i dont think they are worried ayways.
