New Battery = HID Flicker??

The battery cables have been known to corrode from the inside out...

Check ALL cables. I would say a voltage regulator problem but you have also tried three different altenators so the only thing left to think of is cables. If you have unhooked ALL of your HID's from the balast/GM factory harness and are STILL having an issue I would bring it to a shop. Nothing is worse than trying to chase down electrical issues.
