I'm still thinking on it right now. I know i want to build one just not sure what i want to put in it yet.
I'm ethier gonna do a rear mount/downfire center or two downfires.
Thinking i will use the diamond d3 10's i just bought. Might do one rear fire and one upfront on the box and make it a downfire. Or just two downfires.
Then i'm thinking about just letting the d3's sit or sell em and get a l7 12 and make it a rear fire or a downfire.
Just not sure how much i want to spend yet lol. The l7 will mean i buy a new amp and new sub etc etc.
Once i get something in the works i'll give ya some updates though.

sounds good man, i am thinkin about upgrading my subs as well so i know how ya feel.....what i want is just a tad too expensive for me right now....and just my .02 i think a rear firing sub would sound better than a downfire one, i use to have downfire before i built this box and it did not sound near as good or get near as loud as it does now....keep me posted!!

bought those at a local audio shop here. i have heard of people making them out of fiberglass but i figured i would save myself the trouble and the pain of color matching it, trying to angle them just right, etc. and buy them pre-maid. Q-logic is who makes them and i am sure you can get them on the web or at a local audio shop.....

the speakers are 5.25" components so we got the kick panels for 5.25 components but didnt like how it looked with the speaker grill so we went the the 6.5" kick panels and it turned out really good with some space all the way around the speaker grill....
