There is no LED headlight bulb that will be as bright (put out as many lumens) as a HID bulb.
The technology is just not there yet. Even with the bulbs that look like chinese towers of LEDs.

I have had DDM HIDs on my truck for over a year, have yet to have a problem. Put them on the brand new truck, and now I have 20k miles on it. These bulbs and ballasts last.

never heard or seen any type of headlight led bulbs, like bigboyblue said I dont think they could produce enough light. I have some HIDs from turnagainhighlights they have always worked great for me not one problem yet and am still running the same h11s and 5202s in my 2011 as I did in my 09. Oh and my lights are on 24/7 (due to daytime running lights)

I have DDM kit's on my truck and have used their kits on many other vehicles. I would check all of your connections. I've seen a flicker issue caused by a headlight relay as well. Never had an issue with any product from them in +15 kits.

I've tried a pair of LED 9006's in my truck, no where near enough light output. Lasted about ten minutes before I swapped them back to HID's

The Lexus CT 200h is available with LED headlights, and their output is excellent. Granted, their no HID's, but they're still waaayy brighter than say my 96 Blazer's sealed beam halogens, or my mom's 99 Toyota Solara with 9005/9006 Halogens
