Gauge mounting

Default Gauge mounting

I want to mount a tranny temp gauge. Where is everyone putting there's? I have a 2000 chevy ex-cab 4x4 with the center console and overhead console. Pics would be great!

If you don't have the gauge yet, you should upgrade your gauge cluster to an escalade cluster. They have trans temp mounted right under the message center and they also go up to 120mph. All you have to do is plug it in, everything is set and calibrated.

I agree go with the Escalade cluster if all you want is a tranny temp.

Is the trans temp Plug and play? I have a 06 sierra ECSB and i was looking to get a trans temp. But is it just plug and play? Like even if it wasnt there befor?

All the newer trucks are wired for trans temp gauge in cluster even if your cluster doesnt have the gauge.
I just ordered an SS cluster!
