factory navi questions
a buddy of mine has an 07 avalanche ltz with the factory navi and bose. can you replace the rest of the system while keeping the factory nav and screen. i know in the past you couldnt seperate and part of the bose, but that would be ridiculous to have to replace the already expensive nav.

yeah, the stereo upgrade would not be worth it if you had to pull it all out. the stock navigation does its job, and would cost a fortune to replace with something else. does anyone know what kind of power the stock navi head unit is pushing, would it be ridiculous to run new speakers off of it instead of going through the headache of amping it?

I would guess that these new style trucks are possibly like the old.the denali and cadi prob. have a luxury amp upgrade, and the standard line has a premium amp.If true some one will be doing a swap and figuring out the details soon.I would bet they are similiar, and the sub is not firing in your truck because of not having the amp upgrade.
Just a thought!

Pac makes a piece that gives you full 20 to 20k spectrum. plug and play gives you rca and remote turn on wire out. there is no need for things like the jl clean sweep or rockford piece just the pac piece its very easy I have one!
