You will have to purchase an Escalade cluster from JP Customs, I used them for my cluster. If you purchase a cluster from them, take off the clear lens and pull the needles out an 1/16-1/8". I had trouble with 4 gauges not working right and the whole time it might have been the needles. The needles were either dragging or jumping around.

What makes the 99 different is the airbag light will come on, but a different cluster program will fix that, or at least that is what I was told.

does it not work because the light is annoying or does it actually disable ur abs system? and does anyone know how to fix it?

On my friends 99 I just pulled the airbag LED off of the board and the problem was solved. There were no negative consequences for removing the LED.

air bag light is just an annoyance on the 99 model trucks, just yank the led like stated above and install it, doesn't take but a couple minutes

On my truck JP Custom just put a different program on the cluster which makes the light operate correctly. The light still works because when I turn off the passenger side the light comes on, I know it should not but the switch is broken internal.
