efans dont work??

my efans dont work and neither does my a/c?? I went a bought new relays cause about a month ago that was the problem but now after the new relays they still dont work?? but if I open up one of the old relay while it was still on the harness and tap it together the fans will turn on..??? has anyone had this problem?? I dont know if the a/c is a seperate problem or not???

 

Sounds like either the hot wire or the ground wire that control the relay doesnt have a good connection. cause if you can close the relay and it works, then it's a control wire problem. if you used a wire tap on your a/c then it may have severed the wire or the connection isn't good enough. check there first.
