I really like those new Jl boxes though, to me, they look the most factory, have fantastic SQ subs in them, vented no less, and would compliment my JL amp nicely I think.
I know what I want for Easter

I have a probox dual 10's in my SS and really want 2 12's.
The 2-10's sound great and the box is built well but they just don't hit real low.

I have a regular cab and I REALLY like the quality of JL. I have seen the JL setup that converts the center "20" seat into a sub. I am thinking if I'm going to lose the center section I may as well go with the Tahoe/Yukon center console and put JL's stealth box in one of those. Anybody done this with a regular cab truck?

Bill

This thread makes me wish I had bought an EC.

NOT really

but seriously 2 12" subs should sound mean as hell in an EC.

I have a custom fiberglass vented console with a 10'' JL w7 in it. To see pics you can go to www.cardomain.com/id/silveradorst and scroll down to the last couple pics.

I used to have a mtx thunderform under my rear seat on my 04 chevy ext. cab. It sounded alright if your not big into audio but i would just build your own box or have someone build a custom one for you.
