Default 12v wiring, led taillights 3 wires share 2 series of leds

I'm not sure which direction to go with wiring up my led tail lights. I have a bright circuit and dim circuit.
The problem I'm having is with the running/park lights at night and turn signal. When the park lights are on the lights don't blink for turn signal. Same deal with sharing brake light circuit since it sees a constant 12v. I'm thinking a relay is the best way around sharing the same circuit whether it's brake/turn or park/turn light. Not sure the best way to wire it up.or if this is the easiest way...

3 wire to 2 wire converter box for trailer lights. Made the job easier than i thought it would be.
