Default Tail Light wiring

I have a set of AUX lights under my rear bumper w/ h3 55w for Reverse lighting, and they have a 194 bulb in them for "accent" lighting. I popped a red LED into them and have them wired into my brake lights now. Now what I want is for them to come on with the brake lights but blink with the turn signal also. Is this possible? If so, I'd have to ground them to a certain wire, right? but which one?

the only thing i can tell you is to wire them up to your trailer wire harness, it has the ability to be constant/flashing along-side your brake lights.
