Default TBSS engine blown

My TBSS engine was blown! Would like suggestions on a good replacement LS2.

Out of warranty? I saw your post was edited..what happened?Here is a link to a engine, but it's $7500. You gotta fill in the fields but they have one...I live about 10 miles from them, I could check it out for you.

Oil starvation? Did you blow out an oil line or something?

What is your definition of "a good replacment LS2"? Another factory shortblock? Forged bottom end? Whats your budget? Plan on keeping the turbo on there? If so, what are your expected power goals? Are your heads OK?

I think I would forget to mention that a turbo caused my engine to blow after I returned it to stock and took it to the dealer for the warranty. Check e-bay for a low mile engine or you could probably rebuild yours for $3-4k. I feel for you I blew up the engine in my Silverado SS at 58K miles...live and learn.

order new crate ls2 for 5400. sell what u dont use.use your accessories. best way imo
