yeah tell me about, kids grow fast! weird thing I only have a 5yr old and a new one coming anyday now, and the house just seems small now, as much stuff/toys that my son has and not to mention all the stuff my wife has for the new baby, it just seems cluttered up in here now... this 3/2/2 home is just getting smaller for us...

This is kind of why I have been out of the scene for the last 1.5 years or so. Getting married and buying a home puts a big damper on racing funds, especially with the real estate prices here in FL. You can always get back into racing at a later date if you decide to. Your family and every day comfort should come first. Like some one said earlier, an automobile is not an investment where real estate is.

Buy a house!
Like someone said the market is good for buying right now, I just did and happy I didn't buy it earlier. Do it now before the market turns back around and your then wishing you would of done it earlier.

AP buy a house but make shure it has a BIG Garage like mine...1000sq.ft. so that way you always have room for the toys later in life....I'm glad I bought a house out in the county so that way i can run the vehicles anytime and nothing can be said.....Alvin is really nice....no kids but plenty of room here 3/2/3 car garage....lol

I like big garages, but I wanting to move to very close to were I am, maybe about a mile away!! yeah funny not far, but new neighbor hood, plus, my parents live a few block away from us, and they have been a big help, my mom will be babysitting the little one plus be picking up my son from school when my wife go's back to work... so its alot more convinient for us, plus I really like this area... I would settle for the same thing I have now, 2car garage, no matter what, thats where the white truck is sleeping in! lol..

It's seems that you are just making the right choice AP there will be always time for racing in life we are still young and it's better to invest in a house. The toys can always come later thats why I take it slow on the racing stuff sometimes cause it is high maintance well good luck on the new house bro
