Default Water pump pulley just flew off!!!!

Was taking a friend for a ride at lunch. Went WOT, truck started spinning as usual, felt good, then it layed down.....heard a clunking noise and saw the water pump pulley fly out from under the truck

No damage that I have seen yet other than shredding the belt. Bastard just jump out from under the truck and rolled away.

It fell off, IT FELL THE **** OFF

Most people pin their crank pulley...sounds like you need to pin them all! Glad there was no other damage.

If I remember right you have ALOT of tension on your belt maybe all that side-loading pressure on the pulley is what killed it?
